Field Collections

At Metro Cable we provide a team of retention specialists that has been successfully reducing bad debt, managing customer churn and meeting projected monthly and quarterly goals.  This is achieved through a unique process where customers are contacted individually and work with them to retain service.  Our retention specialists are trained in product knowledge, Fair Credit Act guidelines, and understand the importance of each and every subscriber to your base.

Disconnects & Equipment Recovery

In the event we are unable to retain a subscriber, Metro Cable technicians are fully trained and equipped to terminate service at the tap location.  Each technician abides by all OSHA guidelines and individual MSO disconnect procedure. All disconnects are recorded through digital photography that is monitored in a customized database for reporting.  Metro Cable understands the value of your unused equipment in the field and aggressively pursues recovery at the time of disconnection.

Reporting

Metro Cable provides computer detailed cycle reporting.  Our recovery management system works with you to custom tailor our package.  Our management team will submit reports either electronically or in paper report form.

Quality Control

Metro Cable's quality control team in in-house, field trained.  All retention specialists use digital photography to record 100% of all disconnects.  Metro Cable also employs quality control specialists who physically verify 10% of all disconnects.

Dispatch Team

Metro Cable's in-house dispatch team can be available 24 hours a day.  We extend full dispatching capabilities.  Our dispatch team is capable of providing accountability and reports upon request.
